DisabilityID App Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2nd October 2026

Version 1.0, dated 12 October 2026. Available in the App under Settings and at https://www.disabilityid.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-app

‍

Key points

This summary is here to help you find your way around. The full Terms below are what applies.

•          The App is free. It is provided by National Disability Card Ltd for holders of a National Disability Card or National Carers Card, and lets you see the discounts and offers available to Cardholders, including on a map.

•          You log in with the Unique Card Number (UCN) printed on your Card. There is no password to remember, because the App shows no personal details about you, only the offers available to Cardholders.

•          You must be 16 or over to use the App yourself. A parent, guardian or carer may use the App on behalf of a Cardholder who is under 16 or who needs their help.

•          Nothing is bought in the App. Some links open your web browser, for example to our discounted gift card shop, where separate terms apply.

•          Location is optional. The App uses your location only when you choose, never in the background, and we do not keep it on our servers.

•          You decide whether to share usage statistics (analytics) with us, and you can change your mind at any time in Settings.

•          The Card is identification only. Venues decide which offers they give, and offers can change or be withdrawn.

•          These Terms sit alongside the Card Terms you accepted when you applied for your Card. The Card Terms still govern your Card, including its validity, fees and refunds.

•          You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Your Card is unaffected.

•          We may change these Terms. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any material change.

‍

1. About these Terms and how you accept them

1.1 These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us for your use of the DisabilityID mobile app (the “App”). Please read them carefully. We have kept them as short and plain as we can. The summary above is there to help you; if it differs from the full Terms, the full Terms apply.

1.2 Who we are. The App is provided by National Disability Card Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12275048. Our registered office is 15a Deben Mill Business Centre, Old Maltings Approach, Melton, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1BL. We trade as National Disability Card, National Carers Card and DisabilityID. Our VAT number is 381114228 and our ICO registration number is ZA733593. You can contact us at info@disabilityid.co.uk or by post at the address above (see clause 14 for all contact details). In these Terms, “NDC”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean National Disability Card Ltd.

1.3 How these Terms fit with the Card Terms. When you applied for your Card you accepted our card terms and conditions (the “Card Terms”). The Card Terms continue to apply to your Card whether or not you use the App, and they cover eligibility, validity, renewal, fees and refunds. These Terms cover the App only. If the two conflict about the App, these Terms apply; for anything about your Card, the Card Terms apply.

1.4 How you accept these Terms. You accept these Terms when you tick “I agree” on the App’s login screen and log in for the first time. We record the date and the version you accepted. If you do not agree, please do not log in; you can still use your Card without the App. When we make a material change to these Terms, we will ask you to accept the new version (see clause 13).

1.5 If you are using the App for someone else. If you log in using the UCN of a Card issued to a child or to another person you care for, you accept these Terms on your own behalf and confirm that you have authority to act for that person (see clause 3).

1.6 Our Privacy Policy. Before you first log in we also ask you to confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal data. The Privacy Policy is information we are required by law to give you; it is not part of this contract. You can read it at any time in the App under Settings or at https://www.disabilityid.co.uk/privacy-policy, or ask us for a copy by emailing info@disabilityid.co.uk.

1.7 Keeping a copy. You can read these Terms at any time in the App under Settings or at https://www.disabilityid.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-app. We suggest you save or print a copy. Each version is dated and numbered, and earlier versions are available on request.

1.8 Language and formats. These Terms are written in English and we will communicate with you in English. If you would like these Terms in another format, such as large print or audio, please see clause 14.

‍

2. Definitions

In these Terms the following words have the following meanings.

‍

“Account” means the logged-in area of the App that you reach by entering a UCN.

“Analytics” means the usage statistics and crash reports described in clause 8.

“App” means the DisabilityID mobile application for iOS and Android, including any updates and related content.

“App Store” means the Apple App Store or Google Play, from which you download the App.

“Apple” means Apple Inc. and its group companies.

“Card” means a National Disability Card, a National Carers Card or any other card issued by NDC under the Card Terms, in physical form or in any digital form we may offer in future.

“Card Terms” means the terms and conditions you accepted when you applied for your Card, as updated from time to time.

“Cardholder” means the person to whom NDC has issued a Card.

“Device” means the smartphone or tablet on which you install the App.

“Google” means Google LLC and its group companies.

“Offer” means a discount, concession, benefit or other arrangement that a Partner makes available to Cardholders, as shown in the App.

“Partner” means a venue, retailer, attraction, service provider or other organisation that makes an Offer available to Cardholders.

“Privacy Policy” means our privacy notice, available in the App under Settings and at https://www.disabilityid.co.uk/privacy-policy.

“Representative” means a parent, guardian, carer or other person who uses the App on behalf of a Cardholder with the authority to do so (see clause 3).

“UCN” means the Unique Card Number printed on a Card.

“Writing” or “written” includes email and messages shown in the App.

‍

3. Who can use the App, Accounts and logging in

3.1 Age. You must be at least 16 to use the App yourself. If the Cardholder is under 16, the App may be used on their behalf only by a parent, guardian or carer who has parental responsibility or other legal authority for them. This matches the Card Terms, under which a parent or guardian applies for a Card for a child under 16.

3.2 Using the App for someone else. A Representative may also use the App on behalf of an adult Cardholder who needs their help. If you use the App as a Representative you must: (a) have the Cardholder’s permission, or the legal authority to act for them; (b) use the App only for the Cardholder’s benefit; (c) make the Cardholder aware that you are using the App for them, so far as their age and capacity allow; and (d) not pass the UCN on to anyone else. You are responsible for your own use of the App under that UCN.

3.3 Logging in. You log in by entering the UCN printed on your Card. There is no password to remember. We have kept it this simple because the App holds no personal information about you: it does not show your name, date of birth, photograph or the evidence you supplied when you applied, only the Offers and Partners available to Cardholders.

3.4 Your UCN and your Device. Your UCN is printed on your Card and venue staff see it whenever you use the Card, so we do not expect you to guard it in the way you would a password. Because the App shows no personal information, anyone else who entered your UCN would see only the Offers available to every Cardholder. Even so, if you think someone else is using your UCN in the App, or your Device is lost or stolen, you can tell us at info@disabilityid.co.uk and we can block the App login for that UCN while we look into it. If your Card itself is lost or stolen, the Card Terms explain how to get a replacement.

3.5 One Account per Card. Each UCN gives access to one Account. You may install the App on more than one Device that you own or control.

3.6 If we suspect misuse. If we reasonably suspect that a UCN is being used to log in by someone who is not entitled to, or in breach of these Terms, we may block that UCN from logging in while we look into it. Where reasonable, we will tell the Cardholder and explain how to restore access. Blocking the App login does not cancel or suspend the Card itself, which remains governed by the Card Terms.

‍

4. Your licence to use the App and acceptable use

4.1 Your licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install and use the App on Devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use (or, as a Representative, for the benefit of the Cardholder), in line with these Terms and the rules of the App Store you downloaded it from (see clause 9). The App is licensed to you, not sold.

4.2 What you must not do. You must not:

•          copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it;

•          sell, rent, lend, sub-license or otherwise make the App available to anyone else;

•          use another person’s UCN, or access an Account that is not yours, unless you are that person’s Representative;

•          alter, forge, copy or misrepresent any Card, Offer or information shown in the App, or use the App to claim an Offer you are not entitled to;

•          try to gain unauthorised access to the App, our systems or other users’ Accounts, or interfere with their security or operation;

•          use automated tools, bots or scraping to access the App or collect information from it;

•          remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other notice in the App; or

•          use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of anyone else.

4.3 Open-source software. The App may include open-source components licensed under their own terms, which apply to those components in place of clause 4.1. A list of these components and their licences is available on request from info@disabilityid.co.uk.

4.4 Your suggestions. If you send us ideas or suggestions for improving the App, we may use them to improve the App without any obligation to pay or credit you.

‍

5. What the App does and does not do

5.1 Current features. At present the App lets you: (a) log in with your UCN; (b) see the Offers available to Cardholders, including on a map of Partners near your current location or near a location you enter; (c) save Offers you are interested in so you can find them again; and (d) follow links to other NDC services and to Partners’ websites (see clause 6).

5.2 New features. We plan to add further features over time, which may include a digital version of your Card. Before a new feature goes live we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy as needed. Where a feature needs a new Device permission, or uses your personal data in a new way, we will tell you first and ask for any permission the law requires.

5.3 The App does not replace your Card or the Card Terms. The App is a convenience tool for Cardholders. Your Card remains valid for the period shown on it and set out in the Card Terms, and renewal, fees and refunds are handled under the Card Terms. If your Card expires or is cancelled, the App will stop working for that UCN.

5.4 The Card is identification only. The Card is issued by NDC, a private company, under a voluntary scheme. It shows that we have issued a Card to the holder under the Card Terms. It is not a government or statutory document, it is not proof of entitlement to any state benefit, and it does not give you a legal right to any Offer, discount or adjustment. The same applies to any digital version of the Card we may offer in future.

5.5 Offers are provided by Partners. Offers are made available by Partners at their discretion and on their own terms, which may include conditions (for example, one free carer ticket per Cardholder, or showing photo identification). We do our best to keep the information in the App accurate and up to date, but Partners may change, restrict or withdraw Offers at any time, and we cannot guarantee that any Partner will accept your Card or give you a particular Offer. We recommend checking with the Partner before you travel or rely on an Offer. Any goods or services you obtain from a Partner are supplied by the Partner, not by us.

5.6 Maps and Partner details. Maps are provided by Apple Maps (on iOS) or Google Maps (on Android). Partner locations, opening times and accessibility details come from Partners and public sources and may be approximate or out of date, so please check with the Partner before you visit.

‍

6. Links to other websites and services, including our gift card shop

6.1 Nothing is bought in the App. The App is free and has no in-app purchases. We do not take payments through the App, and the App does not store your payment details.

6.2 Links that open your browser. The App contains links that open other websites and services in your Device’s web browser, including: (a) our discounted gift card shop, where Cardholders can buy gift cards for participating retailers at a discount; (b) other NDC services, such as renewing your Card on our website; and (c) Partners’ websites. When you follow a link you leave the App, and the terms and privacy policy of the website or service you go to apply from then on.

6.3 Our gift card shop. Our gift card shop is operated for us by a specialist third-party provider. Purchases there are made under the terms and conditions shown in the shop before you buy, not under these Terms, and the shop’s terms tell you who you are buying from. Gift cards are issued by the retailer named on them and are subject to that retailer’s own terms, including any expiry date and limits on where they can be used. Your legal rights as a consumer in relation to a purchase are against the seller named in the shop’s terms, and nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

6.4 Our responsibility for linked websites and services. We choose our providers and Partners with care, but we do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or the goods and services they supply, except where the law makes us responsible. A link does not mean that we endorse a website or its contents.

6.5 Apple and Google. Purchases made on linked websites are not made through an App Store. Apple and Google have no responsibility for them and are not party to them.

‍

7. Your personal data and Device permissions

7.1 Who is responsible for your data. NDC is the data controller for personal data processed through the App. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with and your rights. For App users this currently includes your UCN and whether your Card is currently valid, Device and operating system information, basic error logs and, if you turn it on, the Analytics described in clause 8. We process this data to provide the App to you under these Terms and, for Analytics once you have switched it on, in our legitimate interest in understanding how the App is used and improving it.

7.2 Location. The App can show Partners and Offers near you on a map. You can either let the App use your Device’s location, or enter a location yourself. Sharing your location is optional, and the map works fully with a location you enter. If you choose to share your location:

•          your Device will ask your permission first, and may let you share an approximate rather than a precise location;

•          the App uses your location only while you are using it and only when you tap “Use my location”;

•          it never tracks your location in the background;

•          we use your location only to find and show nearby Partners and Offers;

•          it is sent to our servers to run the search and is not kept there afterwards;

•          the App remembers your last search location on your Device, so the map opens where you left off;

•          we do not link your location to your UCN, use it for Analytics, or share it with Partners, advertisers or anyone else; and

•          to display the map, the area you are viewing is sent to Apple Maps (on iOS) or Google Maps (on Android), which provide the map under their own privacy policies, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop sharing your location at any time in your Device settings and go back to entering a location yourself.

7.3 Other permissions. The App does not currently ask for access to your camera, photos, contacts, microphone or notifications. If we add a feature that needs a new Device permission, we will ask for it first and explain how the data is used. You can withdraw any permission at any time in your Device settings, although some features may then not work.

7.4 Sensitive information. Holding a National Disability Card or National Carers Card may indicate a disability or a caring role. We treat this with particular care, as explained in the Privacy Policy. The App does not share this information with Partners or anyone else. If a future feature would display or share it, we will explain the legal basis and your choices before you use that feature.

7.5 Your rights and complaints. You have the rights set out in the Privacy Policy, including the rights to access, correct and erase your personal data and to object to some processing. You can exercise them, or make a data protection complaint, by emailing info@disabilityid.co.uk. We will acknowledge a complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk at any time.

7.6 Information stored on your Device. Apart from Analytics, the App stores on your Device only what it needs to keep you logged in and to work properly, for example your session token, your settings, cached Offer details, your last search location and an identifier for your App Account. This is strictly necessary for the service you have asked for.

‍

8. Analytics and crash reporting

8.1 What we collect and why. To understand how the App is used and to find and fix faults, the App uses Google Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics), provided by Google Ireland Limited, to collect limited statistical and diagnostic information. This is: a randomly generated installation identifier; your Device model and operating system version; the App version; which screens are opened and how often; session length; your country or region (worked out from your IP address, which is not stored); and crash and performance reports. We use this information only to produce statistics that help us improve the App and to diagnose faults.

8.2 What we do not do. We do not use Analytics for advertising or to build a profile of you. We have turned off advertising identifiers and ads personalisation in Firebase, we do not link Analytics to your UCN or your name, and we do not allow Google to use the information for its own purposes. Google processes it only on our instructions, as our processor, and we do not share it with anyone else.

8.3 Your choice. You can turn Analytics (including crash reporting) on or off at any time in the App under Settings, free of charge, and the App works just the same either way. We show you this choice the first time you log in. Analytics is off unless you turn it on, whatever your age, and nothing is collected until you do. Turning Analytics off stops collection from that point; statistics already collected cannot be traced back to you and so cannot be removed.

‍

9. App Stores, availability, updates and third-party services

9.1 App Store terms. You download the App from an App Store, and that App Store’s own terms also apply to you. These Terms are between you and NDC only. Apple and Google are not party to these Terms and are not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance or support.

9.2 Additional terms required by Apple. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you and NDC acknowledge and agree that—

•          these Terms are concluded between you and NDC only, not with Apple, and NDC alone is responsible for the App and its content;

•          your licence to use the App is limited to a non-transferable licence to use it on Apple-branded Devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing;

•          NDC, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, and Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for it;

•          the App is free of charge, and NDC is responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed;

•          if the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (which is nil) to you;

•          to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty is NDC’s sole responsibility;

•          NDC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar law;

•          if a third party claims that the App, or your possession and use of it, infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, NDC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim;

•          you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;

•          you must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App; and

•          Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, on your acceptance of them, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Our name, address, telephone number and email address for any questions, complaints or claims about the App are in clause 14.

9.3 Availability. We aim to keep the App available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or restrict the App for maintenance, security or technical reasons, and we will try to give notice of planned downtime where reasonable.

9.4 Updates. We may release updates to fix bugs, improve security or change features. Some updates may be needed for the App to keep working, and we may stop supporting older versions of the App or of iOS or Android. Where an update materially changes what the App does, we will tell you in the App. We recommend keeping the App and your Device’s operating system up to date.

9.5 Withdrawing the App. We may withdraw the App altogether, for example if we replace it with a new app or it is no longer viable to run. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice in the App, or by email where we have your address, wherever we reasonably can. Your Card will not be affected.

9.6 What you need. The App needs a compatible Device running a supported version of iOS or Android (the current minimum versions are shown on the App Store listing) and an internet connection. Your mobile provider may charge you for data.

9.7 Third-party services. The App relies on third-party providers, such as hosting, mapping, analytics and customer support providers, as listed in the Privacy Policy. We choose them carefully and remain responsible to you for the App, but we are not responsible for failures of services outside our reasonable control, such as your mobile network, the internet, the App Stores or the Apple Maps and Google Maps services.

‍

10. Intellectual property

10.1 What belongs to us. The App, including its software, design, text, images and logos, and the DisabilityID, National Disability Card and National Carers Card names, logos and marks, belong to NDC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Our shield device is a registered trade mark of National Disability Card Ltd, and our other names and logos are our trade marks whether registered or not. These Terms give you no rights in any of them other than the licence in clause 4. You may not use our names, logos or marks without our written permission.

10.2 What belongs to you. You keep ownership of any content you provide to us, such as your photograph and details. You allow us to use it only as needed to provide your Card and the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.3 What belongs to others. Map data belongs to Apple, Google or their licensors. Partners’ names and logos belong to the Partners.

11. Our responsibility to you

11.1 Our commitment. We will provide the App with reasonable care and skill, and we will make sure it is as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. As a consumer you have legal rights in relation to digital content that is faulty or not as described, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights. For advice about them, contact Citizens Advice (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk).

11.2 What we do not limit. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

11.3 What we are responsible for. Subject to clause 11.2, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if, at the time you accepted these Terms, both we and you knew it might happen.

11.4 What we are not responsible for. We are not responsible for: (a) loss that was not foreseeable; (b) business losses, because the App is for personal, non-commercial use; (c) loss caused by your Device, your network, or your failure to keep your Device secure; (d) a Partner declining to accept your Card or to honour an Offer, or the goods or services a Partner supplies; (e) purchases made in the gift card shop or on other linked websites, which are governed by their own terms (your legal rights against the seller are unaffected); or (f) events outside our control (see clause 11.6).

11.5 Damage to your Device or other digital content. If defective digital content we have supplied damages your Device or other digital content belonging to you, and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.

11.6 Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as failures of the App Stores, mobile networks, the internet or the Apple Maps and Google Maps services, or by changes in the law, industrial action, or natural events. If such an event affects the App, we will take reasonable steps to limit the effect on you.

‍

12. Ending your use, suspension and deleting your Account

12.1 Stopping. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. This does not cancel your Card.

12.2 Deleting your Account. You can ask us to delete your App Account and the App data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@disabilityid.co.uk. We will do so within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy, except for anything we are required to keep by law. Deleting your App Account does not cancel your Card or entitle you to a refund: the Card Terms apply, and you can continue to use your physical Card. While your Card remains valid you can log in again with your UCN, which will create a fresh Account.

12.3 Suspension or closure by us. We may suspend or close your Account, or restrict App features, if: (a) you break these Terms in a serious or repeated way; (b) we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or use of the App by someone who is not entitled to use it; (c) your Card expires or is cancelled, or is reported lost, stolen or misused under the Card Terms; or (d) we are required to by law. Where reasonable we will tell you why, and give you a chance to respond or to put things right.

12.4 What happens when your Account ends. Your licence to use the App ends. We keep personal data only for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. Clauses that by their nature should continue, such as clauses 10 (intellectual property), 11 (our responsibility to you) and 14 (other important terms), remain in force.

13. Changes to these Terms

13.1 Why we may change them. We may update these Terms: (a) to reflect changes to the App’s features or to how it works; (b) to reflect changes in the law, regulatory guidance or App Store rules; (c) to improve security or prevent misuse; (d) to correct errors or make the Terms clearer; or (e) for another good reason, which we will explain when we make the change.

13.2 Minor changes, such as clarifications, new contact details or changes that do not reduce your rights, take effect when we post the new version in the App and on our website.

13.3 Material changes. For changes that materially affect your rights or how you use the App, we will tell you in the App, and by email where we have your address, at least 30 days before they take effect, and we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you log in after that date. If you do not accept, you will not be able to use the App from that date, and you can delete your Account under clause 12. Your Card is unaffected. Where a change is required by law or needed urgently for security, we may have to make it sooner, and we will explain why.

13.4 Versions. Each version of these Terms is dated and numbered, and earlier versions are available on request.

‍

14. Other important terms

14.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rules of the law of Scotland or Northern Ireland, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

14.2 Courts. You can bring legal proceedings about these Terms in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. We will bring any proceedings against you only in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

14.3 Complaints. If you have a problem with the App, please contact us first at info@disabilityid.co.uk or on 01394 775 920 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm) and we will do our best to put it right promptly. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing. We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, so if you remain unhappy you may take the matter to court. Data protection complaints are covered in clause 7.5.

14.4 Transfer of these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example if we reorganise our business. We will tell you in writing if this happens, and your rights under these Terms will not be affected. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else.

14.5 Nobody else has rights under these Terms. These Terms are between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce them, except Apple as set out in clause 9.2.

14.6 If a court finds part of these Terms unlawful. Each clause of these Terms operates separately. If any court or authority decides that any of them is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force.

14.7 If we delay enforcing these Terms. If we do not insist straight away that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or we delay taking steps against you, that does not mean you do not have to do those things, and it does not prevent us taking steps against you later.

14.8 Accessibility and other formats. We want everyone to be able to use the App and to understand these Terms.
