Who is eligible for a National Disability Card?

If you have a physical or mental impairment that has a ‘substantial’ and ‘long-term’ negative effect on your ability to do normal daily activities, you are eligible.

What do ‘substantial’ and ‘long-term’ mean?

‘Substantial’ is more than minor or trivial; ‘long-term’ means 12 months or more.

What documentation is required to apply for a National Disability Card?

We ask applicants to send us one piece of evidence that shows that they have a disability. Examples of documentation accepted include:
- The back of your Blue Badge
- Disabled persons' Freedom Pass
- Disabled persons' Bus Pass
- Letter from your doctor or other relevant medical letter
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA) decision letter
- War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement letter
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter
- Other relevant document showing you are disabled​.

How much does the National Disability Card cost?

Each card costs £20, and you can add a spare card to your order for £10. The shipping cost is £1.95. If your application is rejected you will automatically receive a full refund. We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Google and Apple Pay.

Can I use my National Disability Card to get a Disneyland Paris Priority Card?

Yes! Your National Disability Card is proof of eligibility for Disneyland Paris’ Priority Card, entitling you to 25% off your ticket or annual pass, plus priority access to shows and attractions.​ You can also use your card at hundreds of other venues as well as access discounts on online shopping.
