Why do I need to create an online account?

Only Cardholders can create an online account. Creating an online account is optional. However, many of the offers and discounts from our partner brands can only be viewed by logging into your account. This is to ensure that only Cardholders can benefit from our partner offers.

Why do I need to login to view certain discounts?

Our partner offers are intended to make the lives of disabled people easier, and can only be used by Cardholders. We require Cardholders to login to view many of our discounts in order to ensure that only those the offers are intended for can benefit from them. 

Can I update my card details on my online account

The details shown on your National Disability Card (such as your name or date of birth), or your delivery address, cannot be changed from your online account. To change any of this information, please contact us.

I didn’t receive an email asking me to create a password. How can I view Cardholder discounts?

If you are a Cardholder and have not received an email from us to create the password for your online account, please go through the following steps:

- Ensure you have been checking the correct email inbox. The email will be sent to the same email address you used for your card application.
- Check your spam folder. The email will come from Outseta (the technology partner we use to administer your online account)
- If you still can’t find the email, click ‘Login’ in our website menu and then choose ‘Forgot password’. Enter the email address you used to apply for your card, and follow the instructions. This will allow you to create a password for your account.

My login details aren't working. How can I log in?

If you can’t login, please go through the following steps:
- Ensure you are using the email address you used for your card applicationEnsure you are typing in your password correctly
- Try to reset your password by clicking ‘Login’ at the top of our website menu, then ‘Forgot password’. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
- If you continue to have problems after following these steps, please contact us.
